På facebook vill ju alla bli vän med en men jag brukar mest trycka ignore om vi inte har massa gemnsamma vänner el nått. Men ibland brukar jag skicka ett messege och fråga "who are you" :P

idag fick jag detta svar av en snubbe:

"... you don't know me, but I'm a former high school and recent middle school cross country and track coach. Even more than that, however, I'm just a long-time fan of both xc and t&f, trying to catch up on some of this season's news and familiarize myself with some of the up-and-coming running talent (since you're currently ranked in the Top 5% of your event by MileSplit).

Anyway, I just wanted to congratulate you on your outstanding performance at the Texas A&M Invitational (2:55.15 is an awesome 1000m time!) and wish you well in whatever else you are doing these days, academically, athletically, or otherwise. I trust that, as with most runners, your perseverance on the race course has probably translated in some way to success elsewhere.
